The New Nokia Lumia 720

The mobile phone company Nokia have released a new tablet to the mobile market- the Lumia 720. This was officially unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2013.

The Lumia 720 marks the first time Nokia's added an expansion slot for microSD (up to 64GB) into one of its polycarbonate builds. Add that to the 8GB of inbuilt memory and complementary 7GB of SkyDrive storage, and users have plenty of space for their multimedia files at the ready. To access that slot (located on the phone's upper right edge), however, you'll need one of those pin keys -- the same goes for the SIM slot on the top right. As for its hard key layout, all of those buttons (volume, power and dedicated camera key) reside on the right, with nothing but a 3.5mm headphone jack up top and microUSB port at its base.

According to Nokia CEO Stephen Elop, the “Nokia 720 will start rolling out in Asian in Q1 before rolling out across Europe in Q2” meaning a Nokia Lumia 720 UK release date is still some weeks away.

The first lady of Nigeria, Dame Patience Jonathan has finally disclosed the details of a mystery illness that kept her away for weeks.

Nigeria's first lady has described details of a mystery illness she had that the country's presidency refused to discuss.
Patience Jonathan, wife of President Goodluck Jonathan, talked about the illness at a church service Sunday at Aso Rock, the nation's presidential villa.

Jonathan said she had her "intestine and tummy opened" and later fell unconscious for a week. She said she had "eight or nine" surgeries in all and some "sold my things off" because they thought she was dead.

The first lady said: "My doctors said all hope was lost."
In September, Jonathan disappeared from public view. Officials said she had "food poisoning" and was receiving medical treatment abroad. She returned in October visibly thinner.

Google plans to open retail stores.

Google has recently announced that it is in the process of opening its own retail stores. These stores are expected to be up and running in major urban areas in the U.S. for the holidays.

The stores would be home to new Google Nexus, Chrome, and other upcoming products. Potential customers would be able to walk in and purchase any of these products. They would also be able to get hands-on experience with the products before purchasing.

One perfect product that would be on display in these stores would be the new Google Glass. The Google Glass is a head -mounted augmented reality system that people would wear to give them real-time information throughout the course of the day.

Presently, some of Google's products are sold online through Play digital and Amazon and also at places  like Best Buy and Staples.
